ABOUT ME
My name is Hayden Hume, and I am a 20-year-old professional racing driver competing in the Trans Am Australia Series. My foundations in motorsport lie within go karting, which I started at the age of eleven. Since then, I have successfully competed in numerous state and national championships, most recently wrapping up fourth place in the 2025 Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia GR Cup season, as well as a round podium finish in the final round of the TA2 Muscle car series at Winton Motor Raceway
Outside of racing, I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from QUT and work part-time as a stevedore at the Port of Brisbane.
This year will be a significant step up in my career as I continue to chase the ambition of becoming a driver in the Supercars Championship. The challenge of taming a high-powered muscle car, competing against some of the very best drivers in Australian motorsport will make for a challenging and high-adrenaline season.
